2004 West Coast Hobo Gathering

This year's gathering was the first time that the Sheriff's didn't "grace" our jungle with their presence, and what a difference it made. Unfortunately, there were still those individuals that, for some reason, just couldn't function on the planet Earth without becoming a complete idiot, but the general vibes were better than ever.
